  I called this morning. The lady who answered the phone told me, after obtaining some basic information about the problem, that she would have to check with the technician re: part and that she would call me back with the info. She did not call me back. I called later in the afternoon and she was rude and short with me on the phone when I asked if the technician would come out to inspect the oven that needs repair first before ordering any parts. She cut me off and was really unpleasant on the phone. Customer service is more important than the repair service, in my opinion. This company lacks it. I decided to go somewhere else, as a result.
