  I give it 4 stars. I've been living here for about 2 months and there are a ton of pros and cons. The pros are that there is a nice big gym on the other side of the complex, and I love to workout, it's quiet (at least on my side of the apartment complex), it is very clean and overall I like the neighborhood. I've read almost all the other reviews and I don't know if people just want to complain, but I came from living in houses and it is a BIG difference, if there are sugar ants or whatever that has to do with how clean you keep your house, if they don't answer phone (and they are very busy in those offices), then e-mail them or walk in the office. My first day moving in the shower knob was missing so I had to use the bathroom sink to wash myself, but it was fixed the very next day which was nice, the gym next to the office has two machines that actually work out of the rest of the rest of them. I pay for cable even though I don't watch TV at all, I live in a studio and I'm almost paying a grand for it, not even kidding you, it's very expensive but overall it's a nice place to live, but when my lease is up I'm not be coming back it just costs too much for me , but overall they will help you if you ask especially Miss. Patricia, she is VERY helpful. And the dryers started working again, so I gave a 4 star rating.
